Comments:
We did a ladder all at race pace. I felt really good during this, surprisingly, despite how soaked I was throughout the workout. Warmup was a Cardillo and the cooldown was To Woods and back. For simplicity's sake I grouped the hard portion into one interval and the recovery into another.
