Decided to do some hill/speed work today. Ran to Fort Meigs then did 10 repeats, I'm guessing 200meter up the hill in the back of the park. Averaging just under 40 seconds per repeat and just about 70 seconds down. Back to the apartment in about 22 minutes. Gonna call this 8.5
