Up the Down HILL...

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
After warming up to HillCrest GC. (1.5 miles)
we did 500 meter hill repeats on the back side of the GC. 1 set was up the hill and the next down. a very challenging workout, but the girls did a great job... The workout covered about 4,000 meters altogether. we did each set on a 4:00 base before starting the next.
