Comments:
I was still sore from Monday and I did not feel like I was recovered fully either. I did not have an awful workout, but it was more difficult than I would have liked it to have been. To be honest, the short hill loop is basically everything I'm bad at in running rolled together into one workout.
Lifting (LD Day 1), The Ibis, Stretch, Roll
Note: Chris Kelly told me the time on the hills was a little under 35 minutes, so I'm doubting the "700 meters" that we have been told the loop is in past years. Also, the cooldown was definitely more than 3.5 miles so I figure it cancels out.
