Comments:
Explored a little neightbood/subdevelopment inland along the Bethany canal. Felt very sore in the calves during the first couple miles, which initally got worse when I stopped. But sprint drills and leg swings, combined with a slower pace made it go away almost entirely. Was able to pick the pace back up later in the run.
