HILL REPEATS FROM THE DEVIL

stretched good then did a warmup to hilcrest golf course. went around the front way... the we went up the long hill to the water fountain and thats where we started our hill repeats. the first 5 i felt good but then my legs started to hurt and when i fell behind i started to panic and my throat closed up AGAIN! ugh o well. first bad day in a while so i guess i was due foor one.
