Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Erica, Collin, Jordan and I are pretty much all of group 5 these days. But Collin and Erica are running faster so the workout was more like group 4.5's pace...it was actually closer to group 4 than group 5. Speedy speedy.
Goal: 5x1000m@3:47 with 1 minute rest.
1st-3rd: 3:38 and amazingly consistent
4th: 3:48 I was tired, I blame being sick, but amusingly that was goal pace.
5th: 3:41 I was struggling until the last 200 when John went by. I managed to hold onto his pace for 200m and ended with a solid time.
In all, not to shabby, I think I'm healthy!
