Comments:
warmed up to veale. ran with chris and tim up through north park to shaker heights and through some more neighborhoods. it was a nice run, but i felt really sore from yesterday's hill workout. tim, chris, and i ran about nine. then i ran five barefoot striders on the grass outside veale with phil. then did ibis and finished with a jog back to northside. resting heart rate: 44bpm
