Weather: 78 and sunny, humid-ish
Comments:
Warmed up for about 3 miles. Felt fairly fatigued prior to the race. Went out relaxed and controlled, but once we hit the rolling hills at about 2-miles, I really felt exhausted. Felt really strong in the 4th mile. Finished in 27:40, about 15 seconds behind Keyserling. It felt particularly hot out today, compared to what we've been used to. Cooled-down for about 5 miles.
