Semi Long

Today I was debating weither to do a semi-long run or to run a more up tempo type deal. Since I'm still up in mileage and felt kinda tired on Monday I decided to opt for a longer slower effort. I need the extra mileage anyway. I was origionaly just gonna do around 10 but I ended up doing 13 which is good. I'm pretty much good for getting 80 in singles this week. Felt really good today for the run which was good. I almost streached it into my long run for the week but decided against it. Ran with TSmith and David Dixon.
6 Strides barefoot, Static 1, Roll, Ibis x 30, Pushups (worked on form), Pullups, Hurdle drills, Hip stuff (2 sets), Ice bath

Slept: 8-8.5 hours
