We worked out at the lincoln side of the green. Worked out with Buell, Del Mon, Finn, and Wayne. 8 mile tempo 2 mile warm up first 2 miles steady at 6:00s I started back for a lil. Then 1 min on then steady to next marker then 2 min on and steady to next marker then 2 min on and steady to next mile and 3 min on, then repeat. Finished up with top group.
