Comments:
missed morning practice due to classes again. ran 3 miles easy with kevin, jon, ben, and danny as they did their 2nd run. continued on around campus to the bluff. ran down the stairs and up the service road 5 times, tempo up, easy down. that road is really steep and my legs were dead by the time i made it to the top. after the 5th time, i made my way back to the field house and decided my time was good enough for 8 miles.
