Comments:
Today we did a workout on the track 3 miles with 400 on 200 off. Just me in the morning. At first I tried going 75 50 but the offs were supposed to be a rest not a tempo and on's were harder so first two I was 76, 75, then 71, 72, 71, 70, 70, 60 Finished off the workout well. Real windy on the back stretch thats why switched up start.
