Comments:
ran to KWC for a warmup
4x3 minutes @ 6:00 pace with 1 minute recoveries in between. 3 minute rest after the 4th.
4x2 minutes @ 6:00 pace with 1 minute recoveries in between, 3 minute rest after the 4th.
4x1 minutes @ mile race pace with 1 minute recoveries in between.
jog back to Legion, then run 1 minute walk 1 minute back to DCHS.
