1800: 6:15 (5:33 pace), 30 sec recovery
2400: 8:26 (5:37 pace), 30 sec recovery
1800: 6:09 (5:28 pace), 30 sec recovery
1200: 3:58 (5:17 pace), 30 sec recovery
jog over to the 200 stretch, 4x200, 8 minute cooldown.
I was really tired and sore warming up for this. When I saw the paces I was kind of surprised at how fast they were. The 3k I wasn't really loose yet and just hung behind Rob, MacColl, and Pat. I started to lead the workout on the 2400. It felt so absolutely easy pace wise, but I could tell my legs were really tired. I started to wind it up a bit on the 1800 and 1200 but my legs just had zero pop. Did the 200's with Pat and cooled down back to KAC with a loop around. I have to do a lot to make sure I recover tomorrow.
