Ran to Hemp and had to do 65 mins 15 min warm up than 1min hard 1 min easy 2 min hard 2 min easy 3 min hard 3 min easy, x3 and after the third to 1min on 1 min off til 39. On's were about 5:30s-5:40s and offs were 6:00s-6:10s. Did first 3 mile loop in 17:26 and finished 6 miles in 35:30
