Comments:
Ran for only 30 minutes with the girls. I felt pretty good. I'm really nervous about the race because my hip still aches throughout the day, and i can feel it tense up when i go up a hill. I'm stressing out over it. It couldn't have come at a worse rime :( but todays run was really fun haha
