Weather: 64, cooler, less humid, a bit of snap in the air

Comments:
getting ready for a 5K race on Saturday. Wanted to stretch one out a little... when you continually do the same distance, your body "wants" to get tired at the end of that distance.

I felt fantastic at mile 4-6.
