Comments:
wednesday is hill day which is similar to how things were during the summer back in high school, but the hills were a lot different than i was used to. we did a continuous 400 meter uphill and i was just so used to that at the beginning these hills felt pretty easy. they got harder as it went on though, and i still felt good, just felt like i was working harder.
