Took getting Steve to yell at me to want to do my workout today. I'm glad he's there to not let me get into a slump again. =)
Umm...low impact cardio again of course. I actually did 2 circuits today like I wanted too =D. I'm proud of myself for that. It wasn't too bad either, my muscles were a little tight towards the end but I pushed through it and I feel a lot better now. Glad Steve found a way to motivate me.
Also did seven minute abs...turns out it's really only been six and a half b/c i can't do the monkey on carpet...but when I get to the gym at school I'll add that in. Still really gotta work on cherry pickers but six inches felt pretty good today. Next step..get my hands out from under my ass lol.
