Did 9 miles first 3 miles was steady 5:50-6:00 than next 3 miles was 5:40 than 1 min on 3 min steady til the end. good workout everyone stayed together and felt pretty good til the last 3 min steady. WAS 5:51, 5:57, 5:47, 5:40, 5:45, 5:38 than closed last 3 miles in 16:37
