Community College Workout

Comments:
Ran two 800s, two 400s, and a 150 hills after biking to the community college. Also did two 150 sprints on flat ground. Felt pretty good on the first set, but my legs were really numb after that and I hit a slower time on the next 800. But I was still able to do well on the 400 and I could run the sprints.
