run (started out with the top of the middle group but started looping back to catch the other girls up and ended up running with them, looping back, getting ahead, looping back, etc. i also helped them with directions and everything and i was really encouraging which made me feel really great. i love running with the newer girls because it makes me feel like i'm really helping them which is a great feeling.
knee felt great with the biofreeze but really hurt on the big downhill. uphill was fine.
