Comments:
Felt fat and out of shape. The not really running and weighing 182 lbs probably doesn't help. Am going to register for the Veterans Day 10k and should break 33:00, would ideally like to run 32:30. I feel like that is modest enough that I can get it done yet not so atrocious as to be embarrassed. 80 minutes tomorrow, 45-50 next week.
