Weather: fog and humid but cool
Comments:
Really struggled through the last half of this. Stomach and fatigue were after me but I managed to keep on pace (all miles between 9:15 and 9:37). Didn't have much of a time goal other than to run the whole thing and apart from 2 short stretches I manage to do that. Drank 20oz water and 20oz gatorade. Gel at 45-55 and another at 1:30-1:35. Really never got a second wind. Knee and achilles were pain free.
