a1 workout on fast bowl.
3k, 1800, 2400, 1800, 1200. I am feeling sick with a cold of some sort so i didnot run the last one all out. Coach told me to do it like a recovery interval at 92 pace so i did. times were> 10:56, 6:17, 8:27, 6:19, 4:33. short cool down after
