Weather: warm, 70, sunny, breezy

Comments:
Second track w/o at PSH, strong wind but nice and warm. Left quad twingy on warm up but no problem once I did intervals. Did 4x400 (1:29, 1:28, 1:29 & 1:29) and 2x200 (38.8 & 38.7). Faster times than last time! Felt very hard but happy to improve, pleased coach :) Did 1.5 mile cool down which felt nice and relaxing.
