Ran on Macarthur and CCT, but stopped after 2 miles and walked home. Run was good and bad. But the good things are bad too. In this slow, relaxing run, I managed to hurt my shins, knee, hips, Achilles tendons, ankles and feet. It's good that I now know I can hurt those.

I guess that pain comes from overcompensation on certain parts of my legs when another part begins to hurt. First my shins hurt, which caused me to dorsiflex my ankles too much, which then hurt them a lot, and at some point hurt my left knee for some reason. Then I think the dorsiflexion pulled a muscle in the bottom of my left foot, and all of it hurt my hips. I've decided that I'll be able to run 1 mile on pavement max either every or every other day. If I exceed this amount, I'm gonna be out for the season.
[Edit]: that last sentence was rash. If I do too much too soon, it will be bad.
