New BYpass ten miler!!!

Comments:
started out at 7pm from my house, ran down hayden rd, to RWRA, took a left on the new bypass, down the road, to the industrial loop, past chataqua park, to welborn's florist, then to the post office, turned around and came back the same way.
Did a 2minute pick-up in the middle
no problems what-so-ever!
no sugar level probs, no knee, no stopping the entire time
this is the farthest ive ever gone! my record was 8.2!!!
its time to train!!!
