3x300 meters on ze track.

Comments:
First off, I had a really crappy day at school and then i was 30 seconds late to practice and he was unhappy about that and I dont know, bad day.

But anyways, we are on an unload week so today felt so easy.
We did 3x300 with 3 minute recovery in between then cool down then core. The JV girls were supposed to be inbetween 82-90 seconds and we kept getting about 70. I got 72 every time and I wasnt even tired. It was hard trying to tell oursevles to slow down!

Then we got talked to and Harm talked about Saturdays race and mentioned a few people then he mentioned me and said that I came into a totally new program and ran a great race saturday so that was pretty cool to hear. See you guys at caldwell:)
