this was prolly one of the hardest workouts i've done in a long time! but it felt really good after we finished. but it was weird i felt like the last 3 600's were way fast but they turned out to be just the same as our firsts. the tempo part was pretty dang hard too! a couple of us ended short of 15 but i was tired at the end of that thing.
