Hot as hell. Felt like crap on the warm up but generally felt pretty good on the workout itself. Legs and breathing were all good, but the heat wore me down a lot. Shattered goal time on the first 3000, but kind of faded from there. Ran with Will, Willy, Sam, and Eric. 2 x 200m fly at the end.
