6 Mile Tempo

Weather: 90 and sunny

Comments:
It was really hot during this workout. Second straight good day of running. I started out conservative and ran a good tempo. I was challenged mentally during the last 2-2.5 miles b/c my legs started to fatigue. For the first time in forever, I blocked out anything negative and pushed through it. A good confidence booster, and I am pretty excited for Wooster on Wednesday. Just need to stay focused and not put too much pressure on myself.
