Weather: beautiful, a little warm, but i enjoyed it until getting back and immediately feeling super-dehydrated
Comments:
felt good, took it nice and easy today, a few aches and pains after the long run, plus i'm still tight from the weekend, hopefully tomorrow will be back to normal, i'm excited to do a hill workout for the first time in weeks. ran with paul, alex and steel. barefoot strides after, they kinda hurt, i think that field is a bit too hard for my liking, plus maybe a little sore from yesterday's 2ish miles barefoot.
