Comments:
same routine as last week, only we were doing a 6 mile tempo versus a 5 mile tempo. it was also pretty hot so we weren't too worried about hitting our times for the first part of the workout. i think we were about 6:15 for first mile, and 6:10 the next one, and we floated around that pace just to be a little cautious of killing ourselves before the workout was over. ran a 37:00 for six which is still 6:10 pace so i was pretty pleased with this workout.
