1200m warm up

4x800 with 2 1/2 minutes rest in between- 2:26, 2:18, 2:15, 2:16

4xHill loops- 2 on the big hill and 2 on the smaller hill. The first loop on the big hill was probably 800 meters. The second loop was about 400 because we cut off to start the small hill loops. Both small hill loops were roughly 400 meters.

1200m cool down

Felt good today, this is probably the second workout all year that ive felt great on. I killed the 800's. I would of never been able to run 800's like that last year. I also opened up a huge gap on the hills.
