Didn't tempo again. Coach and I agreed MLK would be hard on my shins, and there's no grass. Biked inside with Alyssa. I was supposed to get my HR between 150 and 160, but I couldn't do it until the end. I got up to 155. Warmed up 10 minutes, then "tempoed" for 32.
PT exercises, abs, roll, stretch. Forgot heart rate this morning.
