Comments:
I'm kind of disappointed in the new shoes... they are nowhere near as supportive as my las pair of running shoes, the dependable Asics. There's absolutely no arch support, and I could feel every single bump on the sidewalk. On the plus side, they kept my feet nice and cool and surprisingly dry, which for me is saying something! I'm thinking they can stay on as distance/easy day shoes, but I'm gonna need shoes with more support for any workouts or faster paced runs.
