Finally got internet at my new place. Wont bother updating my calendar for the last week or so that I missed.

Back in Ontario and not used at all to the rich humidity here. Hopefully will get used to it before the race on the 26th. Can't wait!

For this run, just a simple 10km recovery, nothing special.
