cool down till 8 miles total
I didn't keep time on the cool down and stopped my watch so that I could time the intervals. started off a little too fast, I thought this workout would be a lot easier than it was. very hot and humid out today, it completely sapped my energy.
3:40, 3:44, 3:50, 3:53, 3:48
was supposed to be between 3:44 and 3:46, so idk what to think of this workout, but I was definitely dead by the end of it
