Weather: Nice

Comments:
First day of taking naprosyn. (twice a day)
Going to take the easy days as full healing days.
Ran two miles: 20 min no pain :D just out of shape
Walked 1 mile. Pain! :'(
Ice: 30 minutes, gonna do minor stretches until I can I can go to physical therapy on September 10th -_-
Next goal: 2.5 in 25 minutes. Gotta start somewhere.
