20 hills: 5 middle of hill to top with pushups(5) and situps (25). 5 middle of hill to 4 trunk tree focus on peaking hill (50 hard steps) with pushups(5) and situps (25). 5 short steep hill sprints with 5 pushups at top and bottom. 5 down hill runs heals up.
