Awesome workout today. I thought it was gonna be bad because I forgot to take allergy medicine and we were practicing in dust and grass but it was great. I don't know if I was consistent but I was always quicker then my pace. At the beginning I was worried I would burn out but I think I stayed strong.
On a separate issue, I'm really worried about future meets. I don't think I'm necessarily worried about times (although they do go hand in hand) but with places. I think part of my issue last meet was I have never been ahead of Sara and I think stuff like that is what gets to me in meets. But I'm not sure.
