Comments:
Good run. Started out slow, but sped up into steady after about 10 minutes. Lots of hills, and made sure to keep up pace on them. I was worried that the new shoes and my non-use of custom orthotics would hurt my feet and shins, but almost no shin pain and feet only hurt a bit. Left hip started to hurt on way back, but I think that was because I started to lag a bit and my stride deteriorated.
