Comments:
we warmed up to the water fountain on old hartford, then we started our workout, we did 5,4,3,2,1. Which was five minutes all out, then 4 minutes all out, and so on. It was really tough, i feel like i did decent, i wish i could have kept up with the group. It was really hot today, iced afterwards.
