Comments:
Despite the heat, this workout actually felt fairly easy. Most people were not pushing it that much and I was able to stay up front without really trying that much. I actually felt good on the hills and did not feel like I was struggling. Perhaps it was just an easy workout, but maybe bloodletting (getting blood drawn) yesterday has cured my ills.
My knee was a little sore today. I think it's probably nothing, but I need to keep an eye on it.
