good warmup to old hartford from school. from there we did the 15 workout..5,4,3,2,1 in minutes with 3 minute or so recoveries in between. uptempo pace covering 4k in the 15 minutes. we did some on horse fork soccer complex. 2 mile ez jog back to school.. this was a very solid workout today. progression is looking good. looking forward to saturday in Th.
