800warm-up did easy cruisen 200 @2:15, then 150 smooth on 2:00 then 100fast on 2:00, 100easy on 1:15 then 50 fast on 1:15, than did it again
made the 1st 100fast on 59:38 and 50fast on :28 then 2nd 100fast on 1:00 50 on 29 was hurting
