3:30pm at the high school
ran down to the greenbelt, then did a 5minute on, 3minute off, 4minute on, 1minute off, 3minutes on, 1minute off, we made it down to the soccer fields past brookhill, then did a 2minuteon 1minute off, then did our 1minute on and 1minute "off"
got a drink at the water fountain and jogged for a while, then we got to shut em down for a bit, and jogged it back into school.
