Comments:
supposed to do 3 miles at 6:15 pace. was feeling great through a mile and a half but knee started seizing up again so stopped at the 2 mile mark (12:20) for a couple minutes to try and loosen it up. did the first 300 at the track but was limping too much and called it a day.
